I'm Marshall Rosenbach, and for the past 12 years I've built my legal career around one core mission: fighting for people who've been injured due to negligence or shortchanged by their employers, especially when it comes to unpaid overtime and wage violations.
Employment Law Firm is operated by the Law Offices of Marshall E. Rosenbach. Case review requests come straight to us — we don't sell or refer your information to other firms.
I don't represent employers in wage cases. My practice is built around employees who were shorted on overtime, misclassified, or denied breaks.
Every rule on this site links to its federal or state source — the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Labor Code and wage orders, or Florida law.
We handle unpaid overtime and wage cases on a contingency-fee basis. You may still be responsible for costs and expenses regardless of the outcome. Fee arrangements are set out in a written agreement.
I was born on July 14, 1975, in West Palm Beach, Florida. I earned my B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1997, then went on to the University of Florida School of Law, where I received my Juris Doctorate in 2000. I'm licensed to practice in California since 2001 and Florida since 2004, which lets me fight for workers on both coasts.
I didn't become a lawyer to represent corporations. I got into this profession because I wanted to seek justice for people stuck in difficult, often unfair situations, and few situations feel more unfair than working overtime hours and never seeing that money in your paycheck.
Wage theft is one of the most common forms of exploitation in the American workplace, and most employees don't even realize their rights are being violated. I built my practice to change that, one case at a time.
When I first moved to Los Angeles, I worked at a litigation boutique firm handling high-stakes personal injury and commercial litigation. That experience sharpened my courtroom skills and taught me how aggressive corporate defense teams operate. But it also showed me that clients deserve more personalized attention than a big firm structure typically allows, especially in employment cases where every unpaid hour and every retaliatory action matters.
So in 2004, I founded the Marshall E. Rosenbach Law Offices, with a focus on individualized representation for workers taking on employers who think they can cut corners on overtime pay, misclassify employees as exempt, or skip out on required breaks.
I'm licensed to fight your overtime and wage case in:
Whether your employer is based locally or operates across state lines, I have the reach to hold them accountable.
I represent employees throughout Florida and California who are owed unpaid overtime, misclassified as exempt, or denied proper wages. If your employer has been shorting your paycheck, I want to hear the details of your situation and talk through your options, with no judgment and no pressure.
Your hard work deserves to be paid for, and I'm ready to help you get what you're owed.
